The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
What you will do:
- Work with our Senior Designer & Senior Conceptual Creative to systemise master creative assets into repeatable, scalable production systems.
- Build automated workflows for multi-format asset production and bulk updating (resizing, copy changes, language swaps, layout optimisation).
- Work closely with channel teams to understand what they & their platforms need, and how your workflows can make that happen.
- Push our video generation capabilities, especially where YouTube is concerned.
- Explore, integrate and develop generative tools for motion, video editing and dynamic creative optimisation – working with our CTO & Tech team.
- Maintain documentation, workflows and templates for reproducibility.
- Reduce human error by building rules-based and AI-led validation processes, with a strong eye for detail and quality control.
- Continuously improve speed, accuracy and creative consistency.
- Proactively push our projects, spotting opportunities to innovate, find efficiencies or areas where we can drive extra business value for our clients through emerging technology and systems.
- Work with our CTO & Tech team to meet companies with emerging tech and help them to evaluate the relevance of these and our potential use cases for them.
Requirements:
- Passion for the new – new tools and capabilities emerge every day, and you'll be on the pulse of new releases & how we can integrate them into our work.
- Experience with creative automation tools (e.g. in an early stage, this may look like After Effects scripts and Figma automation, but at a more advanced stage would show experience of Weavy, Bannerflow, Celtra, Runway).
- Understanding of design systems, layout logic and multi-format requirements.
- Strong technical capability (no-code/low-code tooling, AI tools, workflow engineering).
- Experience working within a creative agency or internal content studio, working in an AI artworking, creative technology or generative creative systems role.
