What you will do:

  • Develop multi-platform Paid Social strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, presenting strategic recommendations, delivering insights, and resolving campaign-related challenges.
  • Explore and utilise new platforms or methodologies to improve campaign performance and client value.
  • Create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.
  • Guide and support junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee campaign performance across accounts, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to meet KPIs.
  • Be proficient in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of how paid social integrates with other channels.
  • Lead large-scale campaigns, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, ensuring outstanding performance.
  • Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, reporting, and optimisation to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • You have extensive working experience in Paid Social managing high spending, complex accounts.
  • You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes.
  • You can define a strategy and work with a team to make that strategy come to life.
  • You have hands-on experience building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok, and a detailed technical knowledge of the platforms.
  • You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social.
  • You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy.
  • You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships.
  • You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology.
  • You’re a confident communicator.
  • You’re self-motivated and ambitious and strive to be pioneering.

Locations:

Ideally based out of our Leeds office. (Please note that all of our roles require being in the office two days a week and are not remote.)
