What you will do:
- Independently develop and lead comprehensive PR strategies that align with client goals and integrate seamlessly with other marketing channels like SEO and Paid Media.
- Act as the primary advisor for clients, managing expectations, presenting high-level recommendations, and addressing challenges proactively.
- Manage the end-to-end ideation and delivery of PR activities, including global launches and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring deliverables are managed cost-effectively and with a focus on ROI.
- Leverage deep media and influencer relationships to drive meaningful coverage and high-impact brand visibility.
- Oversee KPI management and consistently review performance to show value to our clients and identify trends, gaps, and strategic opportunities that keep clients ahead of the competition.
- Ensure all outreach activities and deadlines are met across multiple accounts while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Align to our ‘Pioneering’ value by always spotting opportunities to go above and beyond, drive innovation, and further performance.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in PR best practices, fostering their professional growth and technical development.
- Identify inefficiencies in PR execution and reporting workflows and implement improvements to enhance team scalability and delivery.
- Support the growth of the agency by contributing to pitch development, ideation and providing compelling case studies.
- Proactively explore and implement new PR tools and ways of working to enhance overall team performance and creative output.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of PR Experience. Proven success in delivering performance-led PR, preferably within a transferable sector, managing multiple clients while achieving impactful results.
- A deep understanding of how PR integrates with the wider marketing mix, particularly Brand, SEO, including AI search and LLMs, as well as Paid Media (paid social, influencer).
- Established relationships with key media and influencers, with a track record of securing high-value, meaningful coverage.
- Experience in leading client discussions and a passion for guiding internal teams toward excellence.
- You understand the 'science' of performance metrics and can align PR strategies with broader business goals and ROI.
- A proactive approach to anticipating client needs and offering strategic solutions that add genuine value.
- High proficiency in using PR technologies and data tools to identify trends and optimise PR performance.
