What you will do:

  • Generate social-first ideas and creative concepts for PR, Social, and Content campaigns for both new business and existing clients.
  • Produce high-quality content ranging from authentic, reactive lo-fi mobile captures to high-end premium brand assets.
  • Stay deeply engaged with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest to identify trending sounds, hooks, and formats that drive performance.
  • Lead the visual direction of social accounts, ensuring ideas are executed at the highest level while briefing designers or motion designers when necessary.
  • Plan and create content aligned with specific brand objectives and KPIs, ensuring all work matches the brand’s voice and direction.
  • Lead social shoots (film and stills) and direct productions to bring your creative vision to life.
  • Craft punchy, engaging social copy tailored to various formats and platforms.
  • Articulately and passionately present your creative ideas, proposals, and write-ups to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in an agency or client-side role specifically ideating and creating social-first content.
  • Proficiency with mobile and DSLR content creation, along with editing tools like CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Confident with in-platform editing and a deep understanding of paid and organic posting restrictions.
  • An expert-level understanding of what makes content perform, from six-second hooks to trending cultural moments.
  • A team player who is comfortable taking direction but also confident enough to share and defend their own ideas.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed, with a strong desire to grow your creative career.
  • An educational background in creative/design/content creation.
