This role is for our newly acquired group company, Saulderson Media.

About the Company

Saulderson Media is a premium influencer marketing and talent management agency. We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SAAS companies. Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers. Over the last 7 years, we’ve worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more. This year, we became part of The Journey Further Group, a full-service performance marketing agency, that now gives us greater strength and depth to deliver for our clients.

What you will do

  • Support existing lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always on outreach strategies.
  • Book meetings with key stakeholders at target accounts across our key verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive leads from initial engagement to opportunity.
  • Research and identify potential clients within targeted ICP and Personas.
  • Initiate outreach through email, calls, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Drive attendance to Journey Further lead events and webinars.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Book new appointments and meetings for New Business team.
  • Track and update CRM records regularly to maintain data accuracy.
  • Participate in training to develop sales and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You have some experience in a B2B sales role and you’re comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across a number of industries.
  • You’re incredibly ambitious, itching to grow your career in business development or marketing.
  • You’re used to using a number of different prospecting tools and data sources to drive activity forward independently.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • A strong communicator who loves working with different teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
