What you will do
- Lead our US lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always on and strategic outreach strategies.
- Develop and execute highly targeted, bespoke outreach strategies for high-priority accounts within the ICP, leveraging deep research and market insights.
- Generate and utilise high-level market insights, data, content, and thought leadership to drive engagement and interest in JF services.
- Conduct initial research, qualify leads based on advanced criteria, and book new appointments for the New Business team.
- Serve as the critical bridge, attending initial meetings and nurturing potential clients until a clear, defined opportunity is ready for the New Business team.
- Track personal KPIs, analyse outreach performance data, identify messaging trends, and adjust strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Work closely with team leadership and marketing to refine lead generation tactics and ensure alignment on strategic account targeting.
- Provide informal support, feedback, and mentorship for onboarding and training junior team members to uplift team capabilities.
- Maintain meticulous, accurate records in the CRM, expanding data and logging all activity, while ensuring proficiency in sales enablement tools.
Requirements
- You have some experience in an agency sales role and you’re comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across a number of industries.
- Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement tools), with the ability to train others.
- Advanced understanding of the agency’s service offerings and industry-specific challenges, including a thorough understanding of current digital marketing trends and the competitive landscape.
- Good understanding of our identified Personas and ICP tiers, and how that translates to different communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on consultative selling and a consultative approach to prospect engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Knowledge of applied sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) and their application in prospecting processes.
- Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection, strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage.
