Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers. Over the last 7 years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more. This year, we became part of The Journey Further Group, a full-service performance marketing agency, that now gives us greater strength and depth to deliver for our clients.
As the talent executive you will work with the Talent Manager to maintain smooth deal flow and high level delivery for all clients assigned to you. - Maintain high project management standards and maintain project tracker sheets that are kept up to date
- Assist talent with content trends, content development and general best practices for the industry
- Complete end to end deal processing to ensure a smooth flow of work for all clients
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and a solid understanding of the social media landscape across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok

- Strong communicator, confident on calls and emails with both talent and brand partners
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how brand deals and sponsorship work
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without dropping the ball
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable taking direction and working within established processes
- Sharp attention to detail, particularly when managing briefs, trackers, and client-facing materials
- A natural interest in emerging talent, always keeping one eye on who's up and coming
