What you will do:
- Take ownership of the execution of our global social marketing strategy, including crafting and publishing engaging social media content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with internal teams to write and proof blogs, newsletters and other content, ensuring alignment with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of marketing events, including hosted events and external industry conferences.
- Work with the wider team to bring creative campaign ideas to life – supporting research, content planning, and briefing designers or videographers as needed.
- Help manage and update content on our website CMS, including blogs, team profiles and translated content.
- Ensure campaign setup and tracking is accurate in HubSpot and assist with optimisation across paid, owned and earned media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employee engagement campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with your line manager to learn and apply SEO and social media best practices to improve reach and performance.
