Journey Beyond Rail is seeking an experienced Chef to join the on-train team, responsible for high quality preparation and presentation of the fine dining menu on board our iconic trains.
Reporting to the Chef De Partie on train in a permanent role, you will manage stock levels, maintain hygiene, and ensure HACCP compliance while working away from home up to seven days on a one-week on/one-week-off roster.
