Join our team and receive:

  • Up to $32 for RBTs based on experience and willingness to travel
  • Up to $30 per hour if not RBT certified (yet!)
  • $500 sign on bonus awarded 30 days after beginning work with your client(s)

In addition to an industry leading pay rate, Journey offers:

  • BCBA supervision and support at 15%-20% of your weekly clinical hours
  • Paid training, including reimbursement for pursuing and achieving your RBT certification if you don’t already have it
  • Stable client caseload based on your location, availability, and experience
  • Paid client-initiated cancellations if the session can’t be rescheduled

If you are not already RBT certified, you must have completed the 40 hour RBT online training within the last 4 months before onboarding with Journey ABA.

Job Description: Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), behavior technicians are responsible for the direct application of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction treatment plans. Behavior Technicians will also gather data. We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and driven clinical professionals to work with our clients.

Qualifications Required and Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with a current/active RBT certification preferred
  • Required Availability – After school hours
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have valid ID and reliable transportation
  • Must be fully COVID vaccinated

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Direct experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
  • 1-year ABA experience

Work Location: Multiple locations (we offer in-home services, so the location is dependent upon the client)

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Pay: $27-$32 per hour
