Senior Manager, Music Hubs, Policy and Programme Management

The Arts Council England is seeking a Senior Manager for the Music Hubs, Policy and Programme Management role.

This fixed-term maternity cover position is based in Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Brighton, Cambridge, or Bristol, with hybrid working options. The role, working 35 hours per week, offers a salary of £49,045 per annum (pro-rata) and includes benefits such as a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible working.

The successful candidate will manage the policy and programme delivery of the Music Hub programme, supporting young people’s access to diverse music education. Responsibilities include coordinating activity across the Arts Council, liaising with the Department for Education, and managing relationships with Music Mark.
