The Role

As Head of Content, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall content strategy across multiple brands and platforms. You will lead a large creative and production team, drive content performance, and ensure our storytelling consistently resonates with global audiences. You’ll work closely with Channel Managers, Creative Executives, Creative Associates, Video Editors, and Designers to turn viral moments and cultural trends into high-impact content that reaches millions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the overall content strategy across multiple digital brands and platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a large creative and production team including Channel Managers, Creative Associates, video editors, and designers.
  • Identify viral trends, audience behaviors, and emerging formats to guide editorial direction.
  • Develop scalable social-first storytelling formats optimized for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
  • Oversee the daily content pipeline, ensuring high-quality output and strong editorial judgment.
  • Analyze performance metrics across platforms and continuously refine content strategy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, quality standards, and audience expectations.
  • Collaborate with licensing, social, and creative teams to turn viral moments into engaging social media content.
  • Build repeatable content formats that drive reach, engagement, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media, social publishing, or content leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video ecosystems.
  • Strong editorial instincts and the ability to identify stories that resonate with large digital audiences.
  • Experience working with viral content, user-generated content, and social storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing platform insights and optimizing performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for internet culture, viral media, and digital storytelling.
