Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid Content Producer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Content Producer will create, plan, and deliver multimedia content that supports Journal Minded's mission, including written, video, and digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and editing content for various platforms, collaborating with team members on content calendars, and aligning all materials with the brand voice and user needs. The role involves managing content workflows from concept through publication, monitoring performance, and iterating based on insights and feedback. The Content Producer will also help maintain consistent quality standards and ensure all content is optimized for engagement and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Content Production skills, with experience planning, creating, and delivering digital content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Hands-on Video Production abilities, including basic filming, editing, and optimizing video content for online platforms.
  • Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including building content calendars, organizing assets, and maintaining structured workflows.
  • Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and empathetic content aligned with brand voice.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software, or equivalent) and common content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in wellness, mental health, coaching, or personal development content is beneficial.
