About the Role
This is a 6-month volunteer internship designed to provide practical exposure to startup operations. The successful candidate will assist with a range of administrative and organisational tasks, while also supporting research and sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential target audiences.
- Source and qualify prospective leads to support pipeline development.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and materials such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Support to manage CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Support daily administrative workflows, including scheduling, document management, and contract coordination.
- Assist with preparation and updating of presentations and internal materials.
- Maintain organised records, trackers, and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the team.
