- Growing Your Business
- Develop and deliver a strategic plan with measurable goals to maximise business opportunities and drive your area’s performance.
- Use the Big 4 principles (Forecasting, Rota, Ordering, Production) to achieve business targets; considering customer, team, and business needs.
- Drive excellent customer experience and monitor competitors to develop counter strategies and grow sales.
- Maximise multi‑channel sales (Catering & B2C).
- Build robust succession plans, ensuring Plan Bs are in place for every manager.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our recruitment and onboarding processes, focusing on recruits’ experiences and performance levels.
- Lead successful new store openings (NSO).
- Create a meaningful network with peers and Support Centre to identify and share opportunities and best practices.
- Leading High‑Performing Teams
- Evaluate team performance through regular 1:1 conversations and formal reviews.
- Cultivate a sense of accountability in your team, setting SMART targets and monitoring KPIs & Strategy plans.
- Act as a coach and mentor, sharing your expertise and connect with shop teams during visits to support them in growing sales.
- Communication & Engagement
- Foster a two‑way communication culture, applying the 3B’s (Be Kind, Be Honest, Be Generous) in practice.
- Review people‑related KPIs to nurture employee well‑being and engagement.
- Ensure consistent follow‑up on action plans, recognising and rewarding progress.
