About the Role
Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service within the store.
- Understand the Joules brand and create a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house.
- Participate in achieving store targets and deliverables.
- Represent Joules with a friendly, welcoming approach.

- Passion for fashion retail and the Joules brand.
- Team‑player attitude and commitment to store standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Desire to develop retail potential and deliver a positive shopping experience.
