Responsibilities
- Support and step into the Store Manager’s shoes when needed.
- Create a unique shopping experience aligned with the Joules brand.
- Understand individual needs to help develop your sales team.
- Support the Store Manager in setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards.
- Manage in‑store efficiencies to drive profitability.
- Work to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Commercially driven and marketing savvy.
- Ability to deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience.
