Joules is seeking a Womenswear Buyer at our Head Office in Market Harborough to lead the Womenswear Buying team and co-ordinate multiple product ranges for market introduction each season. You will work closely with our Founder Tom Joule and senior leadership to drive commercial success and product strategy.
Based onsite at The Barn, you will manage a high-performing team, analyse sales data, plan ranges, and build strong supplier relationships to sustain growth across our iconic British brand.
