We are seeking a strategic and dataâdriven Performance Marketing Manager to oversee our Affiliate, PPC and Paid Social channels. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility and maximising returns across digital platforms for Joules. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders (including NEXT and Finance) and external agencies to ensure a total search and social strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning â collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals, objectives and action plans, monitoring progress toward milestones.
- Agency Management â manage agency relationships across all performance channels, overseeing dayâtoâday account management and ensuring focus on overarching brand goals.
- Business Growth â suggest improvements to existing strategies to drive growth and align resource planning with the overall digital strategy.
- Insights & Reporting â identify issues, develop hypotheses and communicate dataâbacked insights and recommendations to key decisionâmakers.
- Stakeholder Management â build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams (Creative, Content, PR) and external partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Business Cases â support the preparation and delivery of strategic business cases and highâlevel presentation materials.
- ChannelâSpecific Execution
- Affiliate Marketing â identify and recruit new partners, monitor metrics to optimise ROI and ensure seamless integration with PR media channels.
- PPC & Total Search â implement and optimise campaigns across Google, Bing and social, working closely with NEXT to ensure holistic keyword optimisation across SEO and PPC.
- Paid Social â own the strategy for Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, working with Finance to secure signâoff on new tests and tactics to acquire new audiences.
- Financial Rigor â manage campaign budgets across all channels, making realâtime adjustments to ensure performance goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience â demonstrable experience in a similar role within the Digital Marketing industry, managing multiâchannel performance budgets, ideally within an online retailer.
- Technical Proficiency â deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads and social platform ad managers (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Proactive Mindset â selfâstarter who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Analytical Thinking â ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Communication Skills â ability to liaise with and influence a variety of stakeholders and establish credibility with senior leadership.
- Collaborative Spirit â effective team player with a "canâdo" attitude, able to take direction and deliver tasks with precision.
