Graduate Graphic Designer Full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract based at The Barn - Joules’ purpose‑built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

Typical hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, onsite.

Location Market Harborough, Leicestershire – the town where Joules began in 1989 and the home of the brand’s head office.

It offers good transport links to London and an independent, vibrant community.

What You’ll Take On Work within the Creative Services team.

Your role will involve supporting and evolving the creative direction across Digital, Social, Retail, Wholesale and Campaigns.

Under senior guidance, handle artwork from initial mood and briefs to final assets.

Apply colour usage, typography and layout in line with brand direction.

Produce digital and print design solutions for digital, product graphics, packaging, social media, video, Windows, catalogues, shows and showrooms.

Deliver accurate artwork to tight deadlines while maintaining a flexible approach.

Collaborate with senior team members, wider teams and present ideas and work.

Provide admin support for the wider team.

Gather and organise competitor research.

Support the Concept Team when required.

What You’ll Bring B.

A (Hons) Design/Graphics degree (or related subject).

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Figma and After Effects is a plus.

Affinity for colour, typography and layout.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
