Your role of Wholesale Operations Coordinator sits within our friendly and creative Wholesale department.

What to expect on a day to day basis:

  • Ensuring customer data is accurate and up to date systemically.
  • Accurate Customer Info - Templates & Barcodes.
  • Maintaining customer orders to ensure accuracy and on time fulfilment.
  • Internal & External comms- full conversion of order-book.
  • Use reports to manage customer orders and on time dispatch.
  • Building strong knowledge and relationship with customer base and internal stakeholders.
  • Responding promptly (within 48 hours) to any external customer emails.
  • Contributing during meetings both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining the Orders and Returns Wholesale Inbox.
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc requests for support e.g. templates.
  • Monitoring internal returns documents and keeping these up to date.
  • Providing first class customer service to wholesale partners (phone, email and face to face).

Where will you be working?

This is a full time, on-site role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. We value your dedication and understand the importance of balance. This role is office based and typically requires 5 days a week working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together. We do offer discretionary flexibility to support your needs and help you navigate life's demands as and when your work allows.
