Step into a role as a Supervisor working in one of our retail stores where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same.
Responsibilities
- Think commercially and work with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand.
- Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met.
- Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in‑store efficiencies to drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant, ready to progress your career.
