As a Store Manager you will lead the store team, inspire a one‑team approach, and go the extra mile to create a unique shopping experience for the Joules brand.

About You

• Results‑oriented and commercially driven
• Ability to adapt leadership style to team needs and deliver exceptional retail operational standards
• Strong problem‑solving skills combined with creative visual merchandising flair
• Experience in store management, preferably with a lifestyle brand, either as a Store Manager or on the path to that role
• Previous store management experience or a proven track record in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage in‑store efficiencies and drive profitability
