We are hiring for a Seasonal Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant to work in one of our retail stores at Rushden Lakes. The role focuses on delivering an amazing shopping experience by combining your knowledge of Joules products with friendly, customer‑facing service.
Shifts you are applying for: 8hrs p/w; Fri 13:00 – 17:00; Sat 13:00 – 17:00

Step into a role as a Seasonal Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant working in a Joules store, where you will create an exceptional shopping experience by combining product knowledge with a welcoming approach and strong customer service. Flexible working options are available. Candidates must be available to work on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, and Friday, 26 December 2025.
About You: As a Seasonal Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding the store targets and delivering a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand. You will work as part of a team and help maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and in back of house. Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realising your retail potential.
