About the Role
Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store. We have an eye for detail. - Be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and deliverables.
- Create a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs.
- Work as part of a team, ensuring retail operational standards on the shop floor and back‑of‑house are maintained.
- Play your part in sustaining the brand’s unique character and high standards.
