The grass is greener at Joules. This role is for a Sales Assistant who will create an amazing shopping experience in one of our retail stores, using expert knowledge of the Joules products and a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.
About You
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing your energy on understanding store targets and deliverables, and creating a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and is unique to the Joules brand. You are eager to work as part of a team, ensuring retail operational standards (both on the shop floor and back of house) are maintained at all times. You are passionate about doing it better and realizing your retail potential.
