About the Role
Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and understand store targets and deliverables.
- Create a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand.
- Maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house.
- Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
