Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same.
- Think commercially and work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand.
- Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met.
- Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
- Flexible working options are available.
- To be eligible for this role you will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.
