Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by example with an excellent understanding of product and a friendly, welcoming approach to provide and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience unique to the Joules brand.
- Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs are met.
- Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
- Utilise previous retail supervisory or senior sales experience to progress within the role.

What we are looking for / Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.
- Ability to think commercially and work with the Store Manager to deliver a unique Joules shopping experience.
