About the Role:

Your role of Ireland Sales Manager sits within our friendly and creative Wholesale department.
What to expect on a day to day basis:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Ireland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, maximize sales potential and drive sales growth within the Irish market.
- Analyze market trends, sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Track sales activities, analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights to Senior Management.
- Forecasting new and existing business.
- Close working with Merchandising & Wholesale Operations.
- Commercial Showroom feed in.
- Currently Joules have not launched wholesale into Southern Ireland and this role will focus on best route to market.

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you are:
- Dynamic with a strong team ethic.

- Knowledge of the Google Suite would be desirable.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities.
- Good planning, organisation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially when communicating with our stakeholders.
- You will need a strong product development background with strong sourcing knowledge.
- Experience in a similar role managing Branded products and nurturing relationships would be desirable.
Where will you be working?
This is a full time, fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland. We value your dedication and understand the importance of balance - we do offer discretionary flexibility to support your needs and help you navigate life's demands as and when your work allows.
The salary for this role is €50,122.80.
