This is a Graduate position with applications shortlisted in Spring 2026 for a Summer 2026 start date. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team at Joules Head Office, with opportunities to work with the Founder Tom Joule and the Senior Team to share knowledge and shape product to market season after season for our iconic British brand.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and development of seasonal design ranges and prints across womens, mens and kids wear, balancing creative and commercial needs to deliver against the Concept brief.
- Work across multi-product initiatives with support from Management and involvement in bigger projects and cross-collaborative work.
- Assist in the creation of a broad variety of styles that respond to a brief with a commercial eye and an outside-the-box approach.
About You / Qualifications
- Illustrator proficient with a Textile/Fashion Design Degree.
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively within close-knit teams.
- Genuine excitement about the brand and ability to switch between different products as workload varies.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of the customer and market positioning.
- Excellent trend prediction that translates into contemporary relevance for the Joules brand.
- Resourceful with drive to make the role your own.

Working Location
This is a full-time role based at The Barn – Joules Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, with field-based work onsite at stores or events.
