About the Role
Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding the store targets and deliverables and creating a shopping experience that meets our customer’s needs. You will work as part of a team and play your part in ensuring the retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is keen to work as part of a team and passionate about retail. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
