About the Role
The grass is greener… at Joules! We look for a dedicated Supervisor who will lead the sales team with an excellent understanding of product, a friendly welcoming approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product and a customer‑first attitude to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure the team achieves operational standards and in‑store efficiencies that drive profitability.
- Assist the Store Manager in creating a unique Joules shopping experience, supporting commercial goals.
- Support the development of the sales team, ensuring customer needs and wants are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work with the management team to achieve sales and store objectives.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for excellent customer service.
