Overview

Prepare to be part of a dynamic, hardworking, collaborative and inspirational team, creating and bringing product to market season after season for our iconic British brand. You will work closely with the Merchandising team and have opportunities to learn from the Founder, Tom Joule, and the Senior Team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising team to land the stock strategy, in line with the planning of the Business/Trading teams.
  • Analyse previous sales history, review size ratios, and identify best and worst sellers.
  • Gain a commercial understanding of product ranges and assess stores & competitors.
  • Provide administrative support for trading meetings, including best and worst seller identification and sample gathering.
  • Provide administrative support for the management of continuity stock.
  • Start to negotiate handover dates with a supplier and highlight issues to the Merchandiser.
  • Update delivery schedules and systems to reflect the latest delivery position.
  • Ensure all department Purchase Orders are created accurately and in line with the Critical Path.
  • Prepare trackers for Progress Meetings to ensure problems are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Update systems with guidance on loads, grading, sizing, lead times, and product information.
  • Collate and prepare information for supplier visits and meetings.

Role Details

This is an office-based role requiring typically five days onsite per week. We offer discretionary flexibility to support individual needs when possible.
