Main Mission: Carry out, from the beginning to the end, all the stages of manufacturing furniture (armchairs, beds, sofas and seats) according to precise and defined conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sewing both by hand and by machine
  • Making any type of curtains (sheers, drapes, unlined, lined, interlined, etc.)
  • Making any type of shades (roman shades, balloon shades, with ribs, etc.)
  • Making any kind of pleats
  • Applying any kind of trimmings
  • Work with tickets

Qualifications:

  • Mastery of any types of window treatment is required
  • Experience: 5 years minimum
  • Language: English mandatory, French is a plus

Additional Skills (plus):

  • Mastery of window decors
  • Cutting fabrics (both plain and with repeat)
  • Making pillows and bolsters
  • Making bed treatments such as bed canopy, bedspreads, bed-skirts, throw blankets, etc.
