To support the development and implementation of AI-driven and Microsoft 365 automation solutions within a manufacturing environment, contributing to improved efficiency, digitalisation, and business performance. The role operates within a small local IT team, while collaborating closely with the global IT organisation, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and best practices. Key Responsibilities- Digitalisation & Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams)
- Support the implementation of AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the site
- Business Support
- Work closely with site functions (production, operations, engineering) to understand business needs
- Translate operational requirements into practical and scalable IT solutions
- Provide user support and assist in maintaining reliable and effective systems
- Collaboration & Global Alignment
- Collaborate with the global IT organisation to implement standardised solutions
- Follow company policies, IT standards, and security requirements
- Participate in international projects and knowledge sharing
- Support integration between local and global systems
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions align with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and support structured ways of working

- End User Support/Training
- Assist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on caretaker tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and become a source of competitive advantage
