What you'll be doing:
- Daily outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- Opening doors and creating opportunities
- Booking meetings for senior team members
- Joining real client meetings from day one
- Building pipeline and following up leads
What success looks like:
- High activity every day
- 8–12 meetings booked per week
- Strong pipeline growth
- Fast progression into client-facing roles
Who we're looking for:
- 0–3 years experience (sales, retail, telesales, or similar)
- Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone
- Resilient and results-driven
- Not afraid of rejection you keep going
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Based in the UK
