We have taken on a fantastic opportunity to join a well renowned private equity firm! Based in stunning and well-connected offices in London’s West End, the company has built an incredible culture focused on collaboration, communication and growth. They are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking EA to join a small team to support the office of the CEO, with close collaboration with additional EAs and the Chief of Staff.

THE ROLE: The primary focus of this position will be to support the business functions of the CEO’s office. This will be a varied and multifaceted role, and day to day will include:

  • Comprehensive and strategic level executive support
  • Extensive private and commercial travel coordination
  • Detailed and complex diary planning
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Personal support
  • Organizing events and ad hoc projects

The Office of the CEO is looking for an exceptional EA with a strong background in supporting at senior level – ideally a CEO or UHNWI. Prior experience working in private equity or financial services is a distinct advantage as well as having an acute attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and relationship management skills as well as being a creative problem solver. This is a fast paced and pressured environment, but a rewarding one where you’ll work alongside a wonderful team and an appreciative CEO, all of whom value a good sense of humour.
