As Candidate Manager you will be the driving force behind talent sourcing, bringing together the best business support professionals and our fantastic clients. Utilizing our top-tier database and platforms such as LinkedIn and Secs in the City, you'll uncover hidden heroes, build connections and pass along exceptional candidates to our consultants. Beyond sourcing, you'll also be the face of our candidate community, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and excited about new opportunities. You'll use your creativity to build your personal brand, share the latest commercial insights with the team, and come up with fresh, innovative ways to engage with top talent.
