We’re delighted to be working on an exciting maternity cover contract role with a highly regarded investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, detail-oriented EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting dynamic senior leaders. The firm is known for its humble, hardworking culture and genuine appreciation for its people.
THE ROLE: This 12-month contract will see you supporting two Managing Directors and their teams within a busy, high-performing environment. The position requires a calm, composed individual who can manage complex schedules and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Day to day will include:
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
- Handling last-minute changes and shifting priorities with confidence
- Liaising across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Providing proactive administrative and logistical support to two senior leaders
- Supporting wider team initiatives and collaborating closely with a group of experienced EAs
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a background supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and think ahead. Confidence, humility, and strong communication skills are key, as is the ability to maintain high standards while working collaboratively with others.
