Are you a proactive, professional Team Assistant who can adapt quickly? We’re partnering with a reputable firm to find a bright, conscientious Team Assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave from July 2025. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment with excellent structure and mentorship.

The Role

You’ll support a fast-paced team ranging from Associate to Principal level. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is hungry to get involved providing meticulous support to a busy team. Having the ability to manage different working styles and adapting your communication accordingly will be important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Travel Management – Complex global scheduling and logistics
  • Expenses & CRM – Processing and logging interactions
  • Document Support – PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Meeting Prep – Pre-meeting research and coordination
  • Events – Internal and client event coordination

Who We’re Looking For

  • Availability – July 2025 start
  • Experience – 2–3 years in a similar support role, ideally in finance
  • Team Player – Collaborative, grounded, and “muck-in” attitude
  • Proactive & Organised – Able to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Polished & Professional – Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
