We are working on an exciting role with a West End based European private equity firm! With a team of around 15 in London, and a wider presence across EMEA, the company has built a fantastic reputation. Internally, they’ve built a strong culture focused on shared values and collaboration, while planning for future growth. The team are keen to find a bright and ambitious candidate to join them as a Receptionist/Office Manager.

THE ROLE: This is an ideal opportunity for a front of house candidate to step up into a new challenge. This is a varied position, and day to day will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
  • Management of front desk and reception area
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Management of vendor relationships
  • Coordination of logistics for meetings
  • Assisting with onboarding of new starters
  • Management of budgets and operational costs

Being a team player with strong communication and organisational skills will be key. Being detail oriented and calm under pressure will lead to success in this position, as will a muck-in attitude. Being responsive and proactive will allow for seamless integration into this position.
