Front of House / Team Assistant

We have taken on a fantastic role with a prestigious private equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair! With a team of 80 based in the London office, and a leading global presence, the company has entered an exciting stage of growth. The firm is looking for a bright an ambitious candidate to join their closeknit team of support staff. The successful team assistant will act as the face of the front of house, while working collaboratively to support the wider team.

THE ROLE:

This role will be split across from of house duties and team support. Working closely alongside another FOH team member, day to day will include:

• Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
• Management of front desk and reception area
• Booking and coordinating catering
• Supporting internal events
• Assisting with meeting coordination
• Assisting with travel booking and expenses

This is an ideal role for a friendly and polished candidate to step up into a high-end corporate environment. Being a team player with strong communication and organisational skills will be key. Being detail oriented and calm under pressure will lead to success in this position, as will a muck-in attitude. The wider support team are friendly and welcoming, and are keen to find an assistant who matches their internal culture.
