One of our clients, a well-established firm in the private equity space, is seeking a CRM Assistant to join their dynamic team. With headquarters in central London and additional global offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to provide high-level support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

THE ROLE

Working closely with internal stakeholders, this position suits someone with a solid understanding of CRM systems and a polished, professional approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inputting and outputting of information, ensuring the database remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Producing detailed data reports and dashboards to empower the wider team
    Creating mailing lists and executing strategic email campaigns that drive engagement
  • Preparing and assisting with conferences, contributing to seamless event execution
    Supporting with slide preparation and other high-impact tasks
  • Collaborating with the wider CRM team to meet regular deadlines and deliver excellence
