Recruitment Coordinator
We’ve just taken on an exciting role that with a highly regarded Private Equity Firm! This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys being at the heart of the action, and wants to bring their skills to a high-performing HR team.
THE ROLE:
You’ll be at the centre of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates from start to finish. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Owning the interview process, scheduling high volumes of interviews across time zones and managing last-minute changes
- Managing senior-level candidate communication, including calendar invites, interview details, and updates on progress
- Coordinating assessments and feedback to make the hiring journey seamless
- Keeping everything tracked and organised using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
- Building trusted relationships with Exec Search firms and senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, or a similar environment, and will thrive under pressure. You’ll be confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction. Brilliant communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of your work are essential.
