We have an exciting opportunity with an independent, owner-managed global equity investment firm based in London’s West End. This is a varied and fast-paced receptionist role, perfect for a warm, organised, and proactive candidate who enjoys providing exceptional service. The firm has a friendly, collaborative culture and prides itself on attention to detail and client care.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, working closely with the EA team and senior management. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Setting up meeting rooms, catering, and refreshments
  • Managing deliveries, post, taxis, and couriers
  • Assisting with events and ad hoc projects
  • Invoice management and approvals

This is an ideal position for someone who is confident liaising at all levels, enjoys problem-solving, is adaptable to different priorities, and thrives in a busy, client-facing environment.
