Opportunity to work up to 5 days a week at a long established, friendly, busy, mixed independent practice in Yate, just outside Bristol and Bath. We are looking for a conscientious, caring and dedicated associate dentist to join our team, to provide care for a full, well established, and stable list of loyal patients. We welcome applications from experienced dentists and those nearing completion of their Foundation Training year.

Our well-established practice offers a collaborative clinical environment, experienced colleagues, and support when required, allowing dentists to develop their careers with confidence while maintaining professional autonomy.

About the Practice

Yate Dental Surgery has been established for over forty years and is located at the heart of the community, within a busy shopping centre with lots of amenities close by. Yate has both bus and rail links to Bristol and the surrounding areas. Our modern, well-equipped surgery includes:

  • Fully computerised, using Software of Excellence
  • Digital X-rays
  • DPT X-ray machine
  • Rotary endodontics
  • Medit intra‑oral scanner
  • Onsite orthodontist and hygienist
  • Fully equipped surgeries
The Position

4/5 days per week is available. Optional occasional Saturday morning sessions. Opportunity to split the role into two part‑time positions. September 2026 start date. Working with experienced and fully trained staff in a friendly, relaxed and fun atmosphere. 8000+ UDAs available. Potential to boost earnings through provision of private work. 50% revenue split on all private work. A full patient diary from day one, booked well in advance. Access to the NHS pension scheme and other NHS benefits. Support with your CPD and professional development. Work alongside experienced clinicians and a highly trained, friendly team.
