Overview We are looking for someone to join our Residential Conveyancing team and to be responsible for a varied caseload of property work. We are looking for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive, and ideally someone with the desire for progression. If you refer a new starter to us then you\’ll get a bonus.Cycle to work schemeChildcare vouchersFree tea and coffee forever!About the role You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of conveyancing work including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, registered and unregistered land, New Build purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy, first time buyers, acting on behalf of the lender and purchase of residential property through a company.You should be confident in front of clients and be committed to providing an exceptional level of service to them.You must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking and a team player.
