We are working with a leading international consultancy who are seeking experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their teams delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Austria, Finland, and Norway. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value projects in Europe, with a highly competitive package and structured rotation.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in the commercial management of large-scale MEP packages on cutting-edge data centre developments. Working alongside industry-leading teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and commercial success across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage M&E commercial activities from procurement through to final account
  • Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting on major MEP packages
  • Contract administration (NEC/FIDIC experience advantageous)
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations
  • Provide commercial advice to project and client teams
  • Ensure robust cost control and risk management across projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong background in data centres, mission critical, or major infrastructure projects
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and packages
  • Experience working within a consultancy or main contractor environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to work on a rotation basis across European project locations
