Our client is seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior Land Referencer to join their leading infrastructure team based in Birmingham. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the UK’s largest and most impactful infrastructure projects. If you are a professional with experience in land referencing, this role offers a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued, and your career development is supported., * Geo-referencing and digitizing features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS.

Conducting desktop and contact referencing of affected parties.

Managing, interpreting, and analysing land data.

Inputting and maintaining data within the land system.

Verifying and updating relevant mapping layers.

Producing and ensuring the quality of legal documentation, including order plans, books of reference, notices, and schedules.

Performing site visits to carry out door-knocking exercises and post notices.
